C.P.Lim, in his thirties, like many Feng Shui enthusiast, is a sceptic towards Feng Shui, as it relates to an invisible energy in our environment called Chi (Qi). With his technical background, he always look at things in an analytical and logical way and as Qi is invisible it is difficult for him to accept that it will bring benefit to him. In 1986, his career is declining and he was introduced to a Feng Shui Master by a friend to audit his house. He followed strictly to the Master’s advise and did the necessary arrangements and adjustment to his doors and water placement.
Like the ripples of the water in a lake, our life cycle is subjected to the ups and downs and there are many obstacles in our path to success. With his strong will and hard work (Man Luck) and combine with the Feng Shui (Earth Luck) and his destiny (Heaven Luck), he became a very successful entrepreneur and businessman.
From that day onwards he never look back, as his life and career improve tremendously. He was offered a job as a manager in an American Corporation and 3 years later in 1992, he started his own company, and by 1996 he have established 4 companies and acquired several properties.
C.P.Lim become seriously involve in Feng Shui, as he believes the invisible energy called chi (Qi) have greatly contributed to his success. He started gathering information and books to start his research into Feng Shui and during this transition he learned from Masters locally and around the globe.
He finally met Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai, a world renowned Feng Shui Sifu, who is a humble man willing to teach this highly guarded ancient secret of Feng Shui and he studied under his private tutelage.
Grandmaster Yap with very strong literary background in Chinese Feng Shui Classics and is multilingual and actively involved in the Chinese Martial Art of Wu-Shu. He is also recognized in the international world of Wu-Shu and Qigong. With the vast knowledge, experience and wisdom he have acquired for more than 50 years, he is now a highly recognized Feng Shui Grandmaster internationally.
C.P.Lim was invited by Yap Cheng Hai Academy to become an Accredited Instructor. He is also honored be accepted into the lineage of Grandmaster Yap. He hopes that this lineage will spread across the world to the future generations and the knowledge will not become a lost secret again.
As Feng Shui is not related to religion, magic or superstition,. C.P.Lim established Dragon Qi Feng Shui Center with the objective to break this mentality barrier by teaching this subject to any students from any country around the globe, who wishes to acquire this 3000 years old knowledge and wisdom and use it for the good of mankind.
C.P.Lim have acquired many special formulas from his Sifu to solve or reduce specific problems face by his clients. He also uses special formulas like Early Heaven Later Heaven Water, Water Dragon Classics and 5 Ghost Carry treasure to create opportunties and wealth for his clients.
Today, many reputable local and overseas clients are seeking his personal professional consultation and advise. Bankers, corporate clients, developers, factories, commercial and residential owners, interior decorators, architects and friends.
